When will my order ship?

Most orders received before 1 p.m. EST for items currently in stock will ship the same day. If this is a time sensitive shipment, please call (800) 466-7636 to determine if an item is currently in stock.

If you place an order after 1 pm EST for express shipping, we may still try to get it shipped that day if possible, but there is no guarantee. If you absolutely need it next day, please call (800) 466-7636.

Although we try to keep enough inventory in stock to be able to ship your order timely, it doesn't always happen that way :(. As they say, the best laid plans of mice and men....

If your order is going to be delayed beyond a day or two, we will contact you via phone or email. You will receive an email from UPS with tracking information at the end of the business day on the day your order ships.
